Service Description

Pricing is based on standard homes of similar size that we have done in the past that are typically at around this square footage. Pricing can be subject to change if home has excessive amount of doors & frames or french windows with a lot of individual pains. Pricing could also vary if it is one story or two. Pricing includes applying 2 cotes of paint to all surfaces. Services Include; -Prep: power wash, mask off windows, scrape / sand any cracked or peeling paint, prime any bare wood, caulk joints, stucco patch areas as needed, bondo any areas as needed, trench areas as needed. -Paint: stucco, wood siding, fascia boards, under eaves, wood trim, window frames -Additional Notes: Session duration time is based on the total man hours. Typically jobs of this size go from 3-5 days depending on certain factors.
