Age is just a number, real knowledge is gained through lessons learned and life experiences ventured. Im a young entrepreneur who has been in the trade since I was 15 years old. With over a decade of experience and generational know how passed down to me by my dad and grandfather, we get the job done and we get it done right! I was always told do the job correctly the first time or you will have to come back and do it again. That motto has stuck with me today and that is how we treat every job we perform. My grandfather owns properties that i used to help him work on when i was a kid which is where i gained some of my experience. Now that he has passed, we manage and do the maintenance on the properties for my grandma. My dad is also in the trade and has been with the same management company for 30+ years which is where i got most of my hands on training when we would have to do what you call "turns" which is basically getting the unit ready for the next tenants to move in by painting and updating fixtures etc. I guess its pretty safe to say i was born to do this type of work. It is something that i love and enjoy doing and that passion really reflects in the customer service and the quality of work we provide.
