All aspects of prep; moving & covering all furniture, pulling & patching nail holes, removing / re installing all cover plates, covering all countertops etc, covering all flooring, wiping down surfaces prior to painting. Painting all surfaces with 2 cotes of paint.

All aspects of prep; power washing entire home, scraping & sanding any cracked or peeling paint, priming any bare wood prior to painting, caulking all joints & cracks, trenching areas as needed, masking off windows & fixtures, light stucco repair (depending on extent of repair) painting all surfaces with 2 cotes of paint
