Price is based on standard ceiling height. Pricing could vary if ceilings are vaulted or above 8 feet. Pricing is based on standard homes of similar size that we have done in the past that are typically at around this square footage. Pricing can be subject to change if home has excessive amount of doors & frames or interior window frames or shutters that need to be painted. Pricing includes applying 2 cotes of paint to all surfaces. Services Include; -Prep: move furniture, cover furniture, mask off flooring as needed, mask off countertop surfaces as needed, pull & patch nail holes, remove / re install switch plates. - Paint: walls, ceilings, baseboards, doors & frames -Additional Notes: Session duration time is based on the total man hours. Typically jobs of this size go from 3-5 days depending on certain factors.
