Painting 12 X 16 - 16 X 20 Sized Room

Service Description

Price based on standard ceiling height. Pricing could vary if ceilings are vaulted or above 8 feet. Pricing also subject to change if closet is a bigger walk in and painting of double sliding doors is required. Pricing includes applying 2 cotes of paint. Services Include; -Prep: move furniture, cover furniture, mask off flooring as needed, mask off countertop surfaces as needed, pull & patch nail holes, remove / re install switch plates. - Paint: walls, ceilings, baseboards, 1 entry door & frame, 1 closet door & frame -Additional Notes: (If it is a living room / dining room, price covers painting two standard doors and frames if applicable)
